SAFETY
1. How are your products handled to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Each of our products is heat pressed at the time of fabrication and then will sit for 72
hours in quarantine before packaging it into plastic wrapping. Our fabrication team all
wear gloves and masks while making your items.
2. How should I put my mask on to ensure safety?
Please note:
These are NON-MEDICAL, reusable, and washable.
Please wash your hands before and after putting them on and taking them off.
Try not to touch your face too much while wearing them too.
SHIPPING
1. Do you offer curbside pick up?
Yes! You have 2 options: a. Fridays 10 am – 12 pm Lynn will be at LFW HQ. Click the Pick Up option in the shipping
section of your checkout.
b. Other dates will be accommodated for you to pick up your items from our LFW South
location. Click the Pick Up option at LFW HQ and then add a note in the shipping
section of your checkout.
2. Do you offer curbside delivery?
Yes! We will be doing deliveries on Friday mornings 9 -12. Please add a note in your
checkout that you need it delivered. We will text you when the package has been
dropped off.
3. Can you mail me my items?
Yes! We use Canada Post in Canada and UPS for international orders.
Shipping fees are calculated at check out.
CUSTOMIZATION
1. Can you do a complete custom shirt for me?
Yes! Please fill in our contact form and let’s chat! We are excited to hear what you
have in mind.
